After several months of diligently establishing the committee, I now serve as its chair, aiming to lead initiatives for the improvement of our Union. The current discussions center around the election process, the selection criteria for election committees, and the proper procedures for conducting elections.

Additionally, there are proposed changes, yet to be thoroughly examined or drafted, which include allowing members to vie for principal officer positions without the prerequisite of holding a previous e-board position. Currently, the VP position stands as the sole principal officer role that can be secured without prior service in a lower-ranking e-board position.

My objective is to address these matters and any others brought to the committee in a timely manner. I am committed to making informed decisions and encourage you to reach out with any questions or suggestions.
