In the pursuit of justice, grievances must be meticulously and comprehensively documented, providing a lucid understanding of the issues at hand. This thorough record-keeping enables us to effectively articulate concerns to city administration for appropriate action, leaving less information to be lost in translation.
Furthermore, it is imperative to provide guidance and unwavering support to our members throughout the entire grievance process, ensuring that each member’s perspective is accurately and completely represented.
